Eat More, Weigh Less
The old adage that weight loss is simply a matter of controlling your calorie intake is wrong. This is the reason why most people starve themselves just to stay slim or avoid eating a particular food group. The thing is that the quality of food that you eat is still more important on the amount of what you eat.
This is the reason why it is important for people to eat more real food in order to lose weight. So what is the principle behind this idea? You need to eat as much nutritious foods as possible. Moreover, you need to eat as much vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans and whole grains. Avoid eating food with flour in it. Moreover, eat sparingly poultry, fish and eggs. You can do away without eating meat since you are getting the protein already from fish, poultry and beans. You do not need to count how much calorie you are getting from the food that you eat. As long as you eat healthy and guilt-free, you can still lose weight easily.
The danger about eating real food is that you are prone to getting allergies. Food allergies are suspected to be the cause of bloating and weight gain to most people. Any inflammation of the body caused by allergies or other factors usually impedes with the body metabolism. Thus, if you are likely to eat peanuts less, chances are that your body will develop allergies. The solution is to introduce your body slowly to these substances that cause allergy so that they body will be able to fight it. Don’t overdo it, however. On the other hand, it is also important for you to be able to know which food gives you more irritation and which food is safe.
The thing here is that in losing weight does not need you to count your calorie intake. All you need to do is to eat as much real food as possible. But just be careful about the dangers attributed to eating real foods like allergies.
